She is a professional beautician who has a genuine thought to help you with your problem and not money-driven. Additionally, she will sacrifice her personal time if you need urgent help.

What I love is also how she tailors her service to your needs. Back then when I was a student going through puberty stage with pimple issue. Her focus was to help me with my issue and keep the cost at an affordable range. Now, being a working adult and having muscle tension. She is also able to remedy the issues I have with new skills/machines acquired.

Be it acne breakout or dry skin issues. Recently i had a major acne condition even though i tried so many different skincare already which all did not work and she guided me with the products sold at her shop. The moisturizing soothing mask which revitalises, hydrates and repairs the skin. Also the corrector gel which targets pimples/acnes and they both work so well hand in hand. Due to my sensitive skin, I will tend to have serious outbreaks whenever i bought off the shelves skincare products. It was only her products that saves the day. I personally likes the makeup remover and the hydro serum. Usual off the shelf makeup remover or wipes will tend to leave the skin in a very dry state, but her makeup remover is the only one i’ve came across so far that leaves the skin a very hydrated and fresh mode after removing makeup (even b4 u wash again using your own facial cleanser). Nevertheless, definitely 5/5 stars for Karen’s facial, massage services and her products. read less
